Live Bold

How brands engage consumers is shifting and the model of D2C (Direct to Consumer) has already become a leading sales/marketing strategy. This opportunity for brands allows organisations to quickly and effectively market to radically changing consumers, both in terms of preferences and expectations. The Four Loko team tasked Kaizen to create a scalable infrastructure through which they can grow fast and connect directly with their consumers.

Relentless Creativity

Working with an established brand and brand systems, we are able to draw on the wide body of data and brand positioning already available. This coupled with our experience in delivering high end eCommerce websites allowed us to swiftly design and develop the Four Loko website. As we would expect over 85% of sessions on a website like this to be conducted on mobile we focused both on the development of a fluid desktop and exceptional mobile browsing experience.

eCommerce Site Development

Direct to Consumer

The Four Loko UK & IE website has been built within the WooCommerce framework. This was chosen due to the reliability and functionality of the framework. There was a specific requirement to integrate with bespoke systems and service providers, both of which are easily developed within this system. As the requirement for the site grows, further development phases will be supported and additional integrations managed.

Brand Assets

We’re delighted to have worked with the team at Kaizen to implement a UK & Ireland website for Four Loko. After investing heavily into the launch, and with so much uncertainty regarding consumer movement because of a third lockdown, it was important for us to combine a D2C platform from the offset, enabling consumers to purchase product from anywhere in the UK. The team excelled at realising our vision and provided support and training along the way, offering advice on which platforms to use and quick turnarounds on amends. After sales training and guidance was also shared to enable us to drive traffic to the site.
